Registration and Open House
Hello Piranhas family,
We are excited for the 2024 swim season, which is fast approaching!
Online registration opens tomorrow Saturday, April 13th!! This year the league is welcoming a new team!! This will take us to having 7 meets for the season (4 home and 3 away this year). Our registration fees will remain the same, however the volunteer fee will be increased to $160 which will be due before the swimmer is allowed to swim in a meet. Once the family completes all 8 shifts the deposit will be returned at the end of the season. Volunteer fees can be paid with a check, cash, Venmo or new this year if you register online and pay with card you can authorize the team to charge the payment at the end of the season for an amount you may owe.
Also new this year, we will offer $50 off your swim fees when you sign up, train and work 8 shifts as an official. Training will be much easier this year, the league is working on training you can do at your convenience. More info to come-please reach out if you are interested in becoming one!
And we are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Open House Sunday, April 14th, from 1-3pm at the Vandalia Senior Center. We will have several stations set up for registration assistance, volunteer information, officials training, spirit wear, as well as having Parrot Sports present again this year to help with measurements and ordering gear for your swimmers.
Again this year we will be using the SwimTopia app. Please be sure to download this to help assist you and your swimmers for meet info along with signing up for your volunteer shifts.
