Hello Piranhas families! The weather today isn’t quite as sunny and glorious as we’d hoped for the mock meet. That said, we will try to push through and do what we can. If you have a canopy, bring it, or at least whatever umbrellas you have. We will see if we can get the pool umbrellas opened tonight as well, but we will see.

As a reminder, our weather policy states that we will hold practices and meets unless there is dangerous weather or the temperature is too low. It looks like we may have some rain, and the temperature will be just slightly over the minimum temperature, but if that changes (or the lifeguards wave us off) we will handle it as it comes.

Also, it has come to our attention that some families did not RSVP for tonight’s meet. That’s okay! If you did not RSVP (or don’t know how), come anyway as we can add swimmers as “deck entries” at the time of the event, which will be a good training opportunity for how to do that at a real meet. We will also show you how to RSVP for meets in the future. (Full disclosure: about half of the board forgot to RSVP as well, so…we’re all in this together!)
